Zhonghua Secondary School (ZHSS) is an autonomous secondary school in Serangoon, Singapore, catering to boys and girls taking the Special/Express Course as well as those taking the Normal(Academic/Technical) Course. Founded in 1911, it was the first Chinese-medium girls' school in Singapore, before it began accepting English-medium students and boys later in its history. == History == Zhonghua Secondary was established in 1911 in response to Dr Sun Yat Sen's suggestion for schools to be established for girls. The school was founded by Mr Tay Peng Teng, Mr Puan Yeow Pong and the Chinese community. The school was originally at Mohamad Sultan Road. In its 90 years, the school has moved five times: * In 1925, it moved to Niven Road and was named Chung Hwa Girls’ High School. In 2008, construction works began on the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Zhonghua Secondary School」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
